We will carefully review your documents and usually get back to you within 3-5 working days – with feedback or an invitation to an interview.
In a relaxed video call or phone call, we'd like to get to know you as a person – and you can ask us all your questions. We'll talk about your career path, your motivation, and your goals.
Depending on the position, a second, more in-depth interview with colleagues from the relevant department follows. Here we assess how well we fit together both professionally and personally.
We will get back to you as soon as possible – often just a few days after our last conversation. If it works for both of us, we will send you a concrete contract offer.
Welcome to the team! You'll receive a structured onboarding plan, dedicated contacts, and be trained step by step – with heart, structure, and genuine team spirit.

Even before your first day, you’ll receive all the important information from our HR team. On your first day, our administration and HR staff will introduce you to the team structure and general company information. You’ll also receive technical onboarding. During the first few weeks, your team will provide you with comprehensive training in your specific tasks.

We offer flexible, hybrid work models. You can work from any of our offices at any time. Some positions can also be performed entirely remotely.
